JKB is committed to providing a high standard of customer service. if you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, you are kindly requested to file a complaint with the Customer Complaints Processing Unit by calling the number 02-2418008 during office hours, sending an email to [email protected],  fill out the online complaints form, drop off  your written complaints in the boxes provided at the branches or by mail addressed to the Customer Complaints Unit PO Box 740 Ramallah – Palestine.
